How To Order:
Before ordering, check tire size found on current tire sidewall or as listed in owner's manual, then order the same size tire. If ordering a wider tire, be sure to allow sufficient clearance and check the manufacturer's Recommended Rim Widths (RRW) and Load Ratings (LR) to help determine which tire is best.
Recommended Rim Widths (RRW) is specified in inches.
Load Ratings (LR) is given in pounds for each tire (based on a tire inflated to the psi indicated on sidewall). Add front and rear load ratings to determine TOTAL for cycle.
Ply Ratings (PR) as shown on the tire. These are also know as ply figures, and are not actual ply construction.
Standard Sizing is Tire Width x Rim Diameter.
Metric Sizing is Tire width in millimeters/Sidewall Height as a percent of tire width x Rim Diameter in inches.

Bridgestone Tires Cap/base and DTC Information
MX CAP/BASE
Newly developed MX CAP/BASE combines superior shock absorption with ultra-high traction. Specially designed for front tires, the tire features a dual layer of rubber construction. The base compound ensures tread block rigidity needed for high traction. The softer surface compound delivers high levels of cushioning and grip.

Dual Tread Compound
Dual Tread Compound (DTC) adopted for motocross tires, for high-performance cornering and acceleration.
THE NEXT REVOLUTION IN TIRES - CTDM (Comprehensive Tire Design Method) is a revolutionary method of tire design by Bridgestone. The core of CTDM is a program in the Bridgestone Super computer that automatically designs an optimum tire under a given condition.
